Trauma-Informed Support for Healthier Workplace Cultures

People spend a significant portion of their adult lives at work. As technology, remote work, and constant connectivity blur the boundaries between professional and personal life, stress and emotional strain increasingly spill into the workplace. Organizations that want to differentiate themselves recognize that mental and emotional well-being is foundational to morale, performance, and retention.

I partner with organizations to support employee well-being, strengthen workplace culture, and navigate the human impact of stress, change, and high-impact events. Whether responding to a specific moment or working toward longer-term cultural integration, this work supports organizations in caring for their people while maintaining clarity, accountability, and forward momentum.

Is This a Good Fit?

This work is a good fit for organizations navigating real human complexity at work and seeking support that is thoughtful, grounded, and credible.

Organizations often reach out when:

  • Employees are carrying increased stress, uncertainty, or emotional strain

  • Leaders want to respond more effectively during challenging moments

  • HR and People & Culture teams are holding significant emotional labor

  • Morale, engagement, or retention have become areas of concern

  • Mental and emotional well-being is becoming a priority rather than an afterthought

How I Support Organizations

Corporate services are offered virtually nationwide or in-person by request and availability.

Trainings

Interactive, trauma-informed trainings focused on practical skill-building rather than surface-level awareness. Topics may include stress management, emotional resilience, setting boundaries, effective communication, and navigating challenging conversations in the workplace.

Trainings are shaped collaboratively based on the organizational context, goals, and timing, rather than being delivered as a fixed or one-size-fits-all program.

Facilitated Workplace Dialogue

Structured, professionally facilitated conversations are offered during periods of heightened stress, uncertainty, or significant organizational or national events.

These sessions create space for reflection, tolerance, and thoughtful engagement across diverse perspectives while supporting emotional regulation and psychological safety. They are designed to help teams stay connected and grounded during complex moments without turning the workplace into a clinical environment.

These conversations are not therapy.

Consulting & Advisory Support

Strategic consultation for HR, People & Culture, and leadership teams navigating burnout, morale challenges, culture strain, or the emotional impact of ongoing change.

I often serve as an extension of internal teams, particularly supporting those who regularly hold emotional space for others. This includes helping reduce burnout, secondary stress, and vicarious strain while strengthening people-centered strategies that align with organizational goals.

What Makes This Work Different

My work is informed by both clinical training and executive-level systems thinking.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and a Board Certified Executive Coach. This dual background allows me to bring clinical insight into organizational settings while remaining focused on clarity, movement, and impact rather than clinical treatment.

The work is trauma-informed, strategic, and forward-moving, designed to address real human needs while respecting leadership responsibilities and operational realities.

If you’re considering support for your organization, I invite you to schedule time to connect and explore what might be most helpful.

These conversations are collaborative and focused on understanding your organization’s needs, priorities, and context.
