Virtual LPC Supervision in Texas

Developmental, Trauma-Informed Supervision for LPC Associates

I provide virtual LPC supervision in Texas for associates who want a developmental, reflective, and educational experience—not just hour-tracking. Supervision with me is focused on helping you discover who you want to be as a clinician while building the skills and confidence needed for real-world practice.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in parallel process. Together, we explore emotional responses, strengths, growing edges, and how personal experiences show up in the therapy room. This work is collaborative and supportive, designed to shape both clinical judgment and professional identity.

My Approach to LPC Supervision

Supervision is a space for learning, reflection, and growth. I view supervision as an educational process that supports both skill development and self-awareness, recognizing that how you show up as a clinician matters just as much as what you know.

Our work may include exploring countertransference, strengthening case conceptualization, and increasing confidence in clinical decision-making. I aim to provide thoughtful guidance while encouraging curiosity, accountability, and professional integrity.

Training & Clinical Background

I am an LPC-S in Texas, trained in EMDR, with extensive experience in trauma-informed care, mind–body approaches, and the intersection of spirituality and mental health. My supervision style integrates interpersonal neurobiology, relational-cultural principles, and holistic wellness, supporting clinicians in developing both competence and clarity in their work.

What I Value in a Supervisee

Supervision is a relational process, and fit matters. I work best with LPC Associates who are:

  • Self-starters and proactive learners

  • Open, curious, and emotionally intelligent

  • Interested in whole-person care, including the integration of spirituality

  • Drawn to brain- and body-based modalities

  • Resilient and willing to reflect deeply

  • Motivated to grow both personally and professionally

You don’t need to know everything—no associate does. What matters is a willingness to learn, explore, and engage.

How I Support Your Clinical Development

Through virtual supervision, our work together may include:

  • Education-focused guidance and clinical skill-building

  • Reflective discussion around countertransference and parallel process

  • Trauma-informed case conceptualization

  • Support using EMDR-informed concepts and somatic awareness

  • Ethical decision-making and real-world application

  • Integration of faith, spirituality, culture, and identity when appropriate

  • A supportive supervisory relationship that strengthens confidence and competence

My goal is to help you develop into a grounded, insightful, and emotionally attuned therapist.
